Dr. Daniel Bear is a policy researcher and consultant specializing in drug policy, harm reduction, and criminal justice reform. He holds a PhD in Social Policy from the London School of Economics and has spent two decades conducting research and advising organizations on policy and program challenges in Canada, the USA, the United Kingdom, Colombia, and across sub-Saharan Africa.
