Dr. Daniel Bear
I’m Dr. Daniel Bear, and I’m here to help private, public, and non-profit organizations identify issues and find answers so they can respond to complex social policy issues. I specialize in the areas of drug policy, harm reduction, criminal justice policy, public health, implicit bias, and performance management. These complex problems require thoughtful engagement, and with nearly 20 years of experience, I’m ready to lend a hand.

I’m based in Toronto, but work with clients across North America and Europe.
